The "orchestral version" with its wonderfully lush instrumental parts and the stunning reverberating female vocals frequently gets close to a baroque cantata in a real heart-warming way. An ancient Benedictine monastery stands in the middle of the island of Saint Giulio, in the Lake of Orta and all around its walls a double path is unraveling: "The way of silence" and "The way of meditation."
